We had our little poodle cross the rainbow bridge today. We call PR's Heavenly Bridge and they could not have been more helpful and compassionate. It was after hours but they met us up at the facility and made our experience so easy during a difficult time. I would highly recommend them.

I lost my Sophia today and had no where to turn for her remains. The city says put them on the curb or trash, Places asking prices through the roof. I got Pablo's information from Apollo Animal Rescue. called Pablo and he came to my rescue. I didn't have to wait until the next business day. He met me at the facility and was very professional and sensitive to my situation. I recommend PRs Heavenly Bridge 100% Thank you again.

They know they are providing a delicate service so they don't price gouge like most other cremation service companies. Unfortunately I will need their services many times in the future.

Our precious little dog, Sparky, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Monday, July 11. I called Heavenly Bridge to inquire about cremation and they were so kind and supportive, even though I was mess. Before leaving him at Heavenly Bridge, I asked to see him one last time, and they had him wrapped in a blanket and he looked so peaceful. We came back the following day to get the little paw print in the clay medallion. Highly recommend Heavenly Bridge when your little fur animal crosses that bridge.

My beloved dog of 8 years, went to the rainbow bridge while at home in her bed. We had to call PR’s after hours phone number and our call was immediately returned. They spoke with care and compassion and treated my baby’s remains with gentle kindness. I chose the heart shaped urn and the clay paw print and they are both of exceptional quality. Words cannot express how grateful I am of PR’s Heavenly Bridge and I would recommend them 100%.

I am so grateful for this business and all of it's employees. Our beloved dog passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on our Thanksgiving trip to Texas. Being from out of town we were devastated thinking we would have to leave her ashes behind. Heavenly bridge answered our call after hours and worked around the clock to make sure they would get our pup back to us before we had to leave the state. 100% recommend PR'S Heavenly Bridge. I called them after we had to have our 17 year old dog euthanized, they showed so much compassion. They picked her up from the shelter, and kept me informed during the entire process. Took about 3 days to get our dog back in a beautiful wooden box which we had a picture of her lazer printed on and it turned out beautiful.

I really can't say enough good things about this place, and Pablo and his team. Everyone is kind, and sincere, and transparent about everything they do. They were totally willing to customize my experience so I could say goodbye to my animals the way *I* wanted to. That means so much to me. I had an absolutely horrible few weeks, and lost 3 animals in a row. I took each one here every time because they made me feel so comfortable coming to them. I will recommend them to everyone I know, because they deserve it.

I just got my cat back today, it was so hard picking up his remains from the vet but when I looked into the bag I was given, comfort and peace washed over me as I pulled out a clay disk that had his paw print on it, his name on the other side. In the bag was also a lock of his hair, and an imprint of his nose, along with a beautiful wooden box with his name scribed into it. There was so much love and care that went into his cremation, I would highly, highly recommend PR's Heavenly Bridge. They don't know me, they didn't know my cat, but they treated us with respect and as if we were family. What a blessing. When I called to thank them, the women who answered the phone was professional, compassionate, and kind. Thank you!!!

Compassionate, caring, and willing to meet your needs. I had called early on a closed day and they got back to me very quickly and we're willing to take me in that day. They were very helpful and incredibly kind and I can't recommend them enough. They took very good care of me and my loved one and I really appreciate it.

My Rossi just passed away on July 4th I didn’t think they were going to be open because of the holiday, but they were the were very understanding and kind. They took care of everything. They came and pick him up in less than an hr, my husband and the guy who pick up my Rossi, I’m so sorry I forgot his name, he was so delicate when he put my Rossi on the back on the Van and he also gave me time to say goodbye. This place is amazing I hope I don’t have to use them soon but I’ll definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.
